Dental Staffing Criteria

Dentists:

Must be currently licensed in state of Louisiana/Mississippi (whichever is applicable)
Hepatitis B vaccination verification (written verification or signed waiver required) OR verification indicating immunity
Current CPR certification
Must have current malpractice/liability insurance

Dental Hygienists:

Must be currently licensed in state of Louisiana/Mississippi (whichever is applicable)
Hepatitis B vaccination verification (written verification or signed waiver required) OR verification indicating immunity
Current CPR certification
Must have current malpractice/liability insurance

Dental assistants/Front desk personnel

MUST have a minimum of 1 year experience
Hepatitis B vaccination (written verification or signed waiver required) OR verification indicating immunity (may exclude front desk personnel)
EDDA must have certificate from Louisiana State Board of Dentistry
Knowledge of computer dental software(recommended)
Radiology certificate (assistants only)
